The Archbishop requested the Order of Franciscans of the Eucharist to re-issue our Chart to our government-registered name, Eric Michel Ministries International (2014). In 2023, we applied for registration to register the name FAICL with Corporation Canada, which referred us to Nuances (ic.corporationscanada.ic@ised-isde.gc.ca) to validate our name under the Canada Business Corporations Act; we had to pay 30.00$ fee in which we never receive a reply of any kind, phone calls were made, and emails were sent but no vail. We aimed to operate under FAICL and keep EMMI as our primary corporation entity.
